Rajarshi Chanda (CEO)

Raj has nearly twenty eight years of experience in IT and has excelled across multiple roles in Engineering, Sales & Marketing and Strategy functions. Raj’s ability to collaborate across domains and functions as well as to work in multicultural environment have helped build winning teams.

As a leader Raj has always fostered team spirit and worked with a vision: Technology for a better future. Opportunities to learn & innovate and explore new avenues, keeps him going.

Raj has a bachelor degree from IIEST Shibpur in Electronics and Telecommunication and MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

Raj is married to Dipa and has two sons Rishit and Rohit. Raj is an avid traveler and hopes to set foot in all the continents in the world soon.

 

Hari Prasad L N (COO)

Hari Prasad is the COO and co-founder of Silfra Technologies. Hari has three decades of experience in IT across various domains including Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Banking and Migrations. Has had lead teams across different cultures and virtual teams.

Hari is a people person. Believes in the abilities of people and likes to bring out the best in them. Hari is a compassionate, resilient and a rational thinker.

Hari has worked in various cultures and in countries including USA, UK and AUSTRALIA.

Hari has a bachelor degree from Mysore University in Electronics and communications. Hari likes to do farming, reading and teaching kids.

 

Gopi Agarwal (CTO)

Gopi has nearly two decades of experience leading large global teams providing IT Services to G2K clients across globe for Infosys, a leading Indian IT service provider. A hands on data analyst with innovative ideas for recognizing patterns across available data and a respected technologist, Gopi likes to keep a tab on new technologies and is passionate about leveraging technology in making the world a better place.

Gopi has a bachelor degree from IIEST Shibpur in Electronics and Telecommunication and MS in Software Systems from BITS Pilani.

Gopi is married to Usha and has two lovely daughters Saloni and Ishika. When he is not deep-diving into technology, he enjoys watching a good movie and reading mystery novels.

 

Prakash Suryanarayana (HSP) (CDO)

Hosahally Suryanarayana Prakash (HSP) has over 30 years of experience in the Software IT Industry. HSP has worked in multiple roles & domains in engineering. HSP’s ability to work across functions, organizations and proven track record in project execution, transitions, driving high quality in products, developing leaders, driving high performance culture in the teams have earned him many recognitions in the organizations.

HSP holds Bachelor of Engineering degree in Instrumentation Technology from Malnad College of Engineering which then was affiliated to Mysore University.

On a personal side, HSP is married to Savitha and has two sons – Athreya and Vishwathma. HSP likes to read Spiritual books and watch cricket at free time.
